Where can I check my order details ?

You can view your order details by logging into your account on our website www.rikai.in  Once you login you will see an option called - My Orders, where you can view all your past orders.

Alternatively, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your registered WhatsApp Number & Email after placing the order

Is it possible to change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can change the delivery address before the order leaves our warehouse. After shipping, address changes are not possible. For international address changes, shipping fees apply. Sometimes we dispatch whatever we have ready so as to decrease your waiting time. Also since every product has a different shipping timeline, we may ship the order in batches.
